Hello beautiful soul!

The table in this photo has quite a history.
It began as a purchase from Pier 1 (remember Pier 1?) when I lived in Ohio about 20 years ago.
It was intended to be used as a game table but rarely saw any use.

Then it moved to Florida where it found its true purpose once I discovered channeling.
It served as my channeling table and I served countless clients sitting at that table.

Once, it was used as a meeting place where my father told my sister and I about our parents' burial plans.
Many times, my father and I sat at this table to interview my mother's potential caregivers.

When I needed a standing desk to teach my classes, my youngest son begged for the round table to reside in his room. There, it was used for his creative 3-D printing projects.

As I prepared to move homes, a friend asked if she could have it for her new apartment.
I didn't think I had space for it in my new home and was so happy it would have a loving human.
I immediately said YES!

We made arrangements for a reliable helper with a truck to move the table for us.
The reliable helper didn't show up.
He didn't answer any texts or calls.
The table sat lonely in my son's empty bedroom as I tried to figure out who else I knew with a truck.

One day, I was walking my dogs and wondering aloud why moving this table had become such a challenge.
I asked my guides, "What's the deal with the table?"
Without delay, they said,
"It's yours. It belongs with you. It remains your channeling spot."

Ohhhhhhhhh.
In that instant I realized that the standing desk I was using in my new channeling space was far too big and cumbersome for the small space it inhabited.
This small, round table had seen me through many life transformations and held the energy of all of the loving messages I'd ever channeled.

I called my friend and apologized that she would not be receiving the table.
"That makes total sense!", she said when I told her about my guidance.

Away went the bulky standing desk (incidentally to my friend's new apartment).
In its place went my sweet round channeling table.

I'm so glad to be reunited with my dear friend.

What about you?
Is there a piece of furniture or item in your home that holds special meaning and has seen you through many versions of yourself over time?
I'd love for you to write and tell me about it!
