Hello beautiful soul!

Last week I celebrated a huge milestone:
I recorded my 100th podcast interview!
Years ago, I was struggling to make my work more visible to the world.
A mentor told me that doing podcast interviews
was an important path towards visibility.

I was pretty sure I did NOT want to be on podcasts.

*What if I was asked a question I could not answer?
*What if I stumbled over my words and sounded silly?
*What if the interviewer and I could not find common ground?
*What if my dogs barked throughout the interview?
*What if I had tech problems that disrupted the flow?
*What if I came across as nervous and ill-prepared?
*What if they could see the sweat circles under my arms?

That was just my short list of anxious thoughts!

Nonetheless, I showed up.
One interview led to another and another and another.
I went from peeling off sweaty t-shirts in between interviews,
to relaxing, enjoying myself, creating humor,
trusting my dogs to be dogs,
and being astonished by life's synchronicities.
My circle of true friends expanded many times over.

With practice and repetition,
I learned how to hone in on my message.

As I honed in on my message, the message itself began to expand.

I learned to deepen my self-trust.
No matter what questions I might be asked,
I learned that the most aligned and true answer always existed within.
I would always have access to those,
if I remembered to breathe and to pause.

Recording 100 different podcast interviews
is a really big win.
And I believe it is critically important for us to celebrate
all our wins, big and small.

If it wasn't for you,
my beloved clients, friends, and community,
this win would not be possible.

How shall we celebrate this big accomplishment together?
Send me your ideas!
