If you know me, you know that I live to feed people. Literally. I made a career out of it.

For more than 20 years I worked in healthcare environments feeding babies and the elderly who had difficulty swallowing.

I derive immense pleasure from watching others enjoy food. And if I can’t watch you enjoy it, then I will ask you to tell me all the details about it after you’ve enjoyed it.

“What did you eat for dinner? Who made it? How was it? Tell me what was in it.”

I’ve been hosting family gatherings with food at the center for as long as I can remember. It’s exhausting. And I love it. Watching my loved ones enjoy the food I’ve lovingly prepared for them is…well it’s icing on the cake.

I’m pretty famous for my kick-a## smoothies. My favorite recipe? Oat milk, frozen banana, frozen berries, a handful of fresh spinach or baby greens, ground flax seed, 1/2 scoop cardio miracle supplement, and a little pea protein if I’m feelin’ it. Pour it into a fancy wine glass and voila. Perfection
