1. In the last couple years, I have taken up gardening. It is now my favorite soul-nourishing, grounding, replenishing task to do during my busy week. I use my intuition to communicate (and receive communication) from the many plants that grow in my garden. Trusting my intuition with my plants has allowed them to thrive. I’m now harvesting ripe papayas, bunches of bananas, jalapeños, herbs, and tomatoes.

  1. I have been looking for summer experiences for my teens. As I explore the vast opportunities through the internet, I ask my Google Guides (yes, we have those!) and my intuition to show me the options/programs that will be most beneficial for my kids. Every time I have trusted my intuition to help me select experiences for my kids, the results have been incredible. When I have a bad feeling, I trust that too and I do not force things to move forward.

  1. While I’m not a perfect parent, I am a highly intuitive parent. I use my intuition to help me decide when and how to have challenging conversations with my kids. I slow down and ask my Parenting Guides (yes, we have those too!) to support me with the right words, timing, delivery, and silence. I try to remember to check in with myself, even if something triggers me, and acknowledge what I need and what the situation requires of me. Parenting is a tough job, yet can also be the most rewarding.

In what ways did you engage your intuition this week? Did you trust it or question it?
