Learn to bring your heart and mind into coherence.
Practice a body scanning exercise to access inner wisdom and information

Class 3: Bring in Your Channeling Guides
November 3 8:30-9:30pm EST
Creating your ritual, mantra, and sacred space for your channeling practice.
Setting intentions and creating agreements with your guides.
Practice a channeled writing exercise.
Class 4: Personal Channeled Messages
November 10 8:30-9:45pm EST
An opportunity to receive a personal channeled message!
This class will be fully dedicated to providing channeled messages for participants.
